A few weeks ago, I shared my take on AI + virtual staging: if a listing photo is virtually staged, buyers should also see the original photo so they know what the home actually looks like.
Fast forward to this week… the New Hampshire MLS updated its rules to require the original, unstaged image to immediately precede the virtually staged version.
Coincidence? Probably.
Am I taking the win? Absolutely. 😂
This is exactly why I talk so much about technology, AI, and real estate marketing. The tools are changing FAST — and the rules, ethics, and best practices around them are changing right along with them.
