Susan started her career in real estate in 2013 at Keller Williams Realty. She was fastest graduate of their new agent program and capped her first year there and every year after. Susan became the Keller Williams new agent mentor/ trainer in 2015 as well as serving as the Co-Chair of the Culture Committee. In 2016 Susan moved to Re/max where she served as Director of Agent Services coordinating agent training and development, coaching programs, mentoring and recruiting based activities to foster a more productive and helpful environment as well as Managing Broker. Susan left RE/MAX in June of 2020 to open the Key Team office in Windham, NH.

Growing up in NH with a family in the industry, I always knew Real Estate would be where I ended up. I studied business at the University of New Hampshire and graduated in 2012 with my Bachelors in Business Management with a focus in marketing. During that time I met my amazing and supportive husband, and my life path quickly changed when he was commissioned into the Army shortly after school. We got a taste of life outside New England when the military stationed us all around the country.
Over the years we got a taste of the hospitable and lovely Southern Alabama at Fort Rucker, the beauty of North Carolina at Fort Bragg, back to what had become a second home in Alabama for another short stay and then our last duty station was a bit of culture shock in the lively and wonderful city of El Paso, TX at Fort Bliss. Having 3 incredible children in 3 different states and surviving two deployments with a spouse overseas was quite the adventure. When my husband decided to retire from the military, there was no question that we would be heading back to New England and finally settled down where it all began in NH.

After many years working in various marketing and management roles in the banking industry, Patty reinvented herself, applied her business savvy and leadership skills, and leaped into real estate.

Kate Shaw is a hard-core Bay Stater. Born and raised in the Merrimack Valley, she now resides in Hampstead, NH, where she and her husband raise their two girls.

Samantha (known to most as Sam) spent most of her childhood living in Central Florida but followed her roots back to New England in 2004, confirming she is truly a New Englander through and through. She now lives in Derry with her husband, 2 sweet rescue dogs, 1 trouble making pet bird, and a growing flock of chickens.

In her spare time, Sam loves cooking/eating, horseback riding, volunteering in animal rescue, and anything to keep active and outside.
She has been an active member in several of New Hampshire’s communities for well over a decade. Before moving to New Hampshire, she grew up in the Merrimack Valley area of Massachusetts. Whether it was providing food to our Veterans, volunteering her time at school, donating clothes to battered women or raising money for families going through hardships she has always done so with a humble heart.
