What’s the one local conference to put on your radar for 2026? It’s the H.E.R. Conference in Hampton NH! I was so lucky to be invited by my dear friend Cathryn Miller who has attended all 4 years since it started. She raved about the incredible group of women it attracts and she did not steer me wrong! The conference was sold out this year (so get your tickets early) and was held at Ashworth By The Sea Hotel in Hampton NH. There where mini break out sessions I found fascinating including: finding your personal style with Bri White @vostra_moda, managing chronic stress with Natalie Tilton of @abilityalies, branding with Sally Cobb, and the keynote was Erica Kinney who shared her health journey and reminded us all to advocate for ourselves and the ones we love. In addition there was a fabulous panel on financial health with Danielle Nonamaker, Candice O’neil, & Laurel Adams who had expert insight into accessible actions to improve your current and future financial well-being. A lovely lunch and time for cocktails rounded out the perfect day. The vibe was friendly and collaborative and I most certainly look forward to next years event.
