👂I’ve said it last month and I’ll say it again: ITS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO BE A BUYER!
❓Why? Many buyers hang up their hats on searching during the Holidays and interest rates have dipped down (finally!).
🏘️I was able to set up 7 showings yesterday and today for a buyer- times have changed but we can’t guarantee this will be the case should rates continue to drop and more buyers return to the market in January.
