🏡The Meet Cute: I met these lovely sellers when I had another listing in their neighborhood last March. Intrigued by my marketing (part of my proven selling system, the SELLER MARKETING PROGRAM™) they came by the open house. They had been considering downsizing from their large family home into something newer and a bit smaller. While my current listing wasn’t exactly what they both wanted, we went to work finding them the perfect new construction which included; lot selection, home style selection, a few re-designs to create EXACTLY what their vision was for their new home (can you say BEST walk-in closet EVA), and the builders got building!
🏡The Seamless Transition: Once we were building, we had to make a plan to sell their home to line up perfectly with the sale of their existing home. From staging consultations, punch lists, packing, to minor repairs, we had plenty of time to fully prepare the home for market. When the time finally came to list the home, we were prepared, organized, and this ensured a smooth selling process.
